四大顶级巧克力分别Patchi,Teuscher,Leonidas,Godiva。
黎巴嫩的Patchi

Patchi的巧克力,以可可成分浓度高逹70%的科特迪瓦可可豆做成,少放糖及牛奶等比较易令朱古力溶掉的材料,将巧克力置于温室环境中也不会溶掉。糖和奶的成分较低,入口不会太甜,反令可可的甘香更为突出。
瑞士的Teuscher

Teuscher巧克力全以人手制造,不加防腐剂和染色素,十分天然。其中的Milk Champagne Truffle由含约50%可可成分的巧克力所制,以谷古油代替植物油,因为入口时质感十分细滑。中间的香槟软心以成凝固状的crystal form制成,不似一般液体酒心被咬破后随即泻出,掩盖了巧克力的味道。一边咀嚼,香槟酒香慢慢渗出,与巧克力混合,香气萦绕。
比利时的Leonidas

比利时,一个位于欧洲中心地带的国家,以制作巧克力的悠久历史而闻名。"Pralines"这个词是比利时高级巧克力的代名词,而无庸质疑的,"Leonidas"则是销售巧克力的第一品牌。Leonidas(列奥尼达斯)最主要的特点就是它的新鲜度和不含防腐剂,这也使得其产品的保质期只有短短的60天,因此全球所有Leonidas代理商都必须每14天从布鲁塞尔空运进口新鲜巧克力。
比利时的Godiva
巧克力中的劳斯莱斯. Godiva是比利时王室御用巧克力品牌之一。大部分巧克力以人手制作,唧花点缀。Godiva巧克力普遍比较甜,浓郁的可可味,渗著甘苦的余香,口感细滑。与芸芸欧洲巧克力名牌相比,Godiva比较时麾,经常推出时令款式。

世界四大巧克力制造商分别是好时(Hershey),费列罗(Ferrero),瑞士莲(Lindt & Sprüngli),明治(Meiji)巧克力。还有纽豪斯Neuhaus,亿滋国际Mondelēz的吉百利(Cadbury)、三角(Toblerone),玛氏Mars的M&M's、士力架以及德芙等。
好时
好时公司(英语:The Hershey Company),通称Hershey's(贺喜),是北美最大的巧克力制造商之一,总部位于宾夕法尼亚州的赫尔希镇。该公司由Milton S. Hershey以Hershey Chocolate Company之名成立于1894年,并作为其Lancaster Caramel Company的子公司。如今,其产品行销于全球60多个国家。此外,该企业亦是世界可可基金会的成员,它也与Hersheypark体育场和巨人中心相关联。其旗下著名产品有好时之吻(Hershey's Kisses)巧克力、好时巧克力排块、Reeses、Twizzlers等。

日本销量第一的巧克力,以小资阶级为产品销售对象,明星产品为雪吻(Meltykiss)。
费列罗
费列罗集团的故事始于1946年,由彼得罗•费列罗先生在意大利皮埃蒙特大区的阿尔巴镇创立。如今,由费列罗家族经营管理的费列罗集团是全球首屈一指的巧克力糖果制造商,拥有50多个享誉世界的品牌和产品,深受全球数十亿消费者的喜爱。其明星产品为金莎(Rocher),国内称为费列罗榛果威化巧克力。

Ferrero Rocher 金莎
金莎巧克力(法语:Ferrero Rocher)是意大利糖果厂费列罗的巧克力品牌。巧克力内有一层薄脆,外面盖着巧克力及榛果碎颗件,而内馅里则包着香浓的榛果酱及一粒榛果,每颗巧克力均以金色锡箔纸包装、白色立体小贴纸贴在金色铝箔纸上,再以咖啡色小纸杯装载。
Ferrero RondNoir 朗莎
朗莎 (意大利语:Ferrero RondNoir),由意大利知名糖厂费列罗公司所生产的巧克力产品,外观和制作模式与金莎相似,但配料有所不同。朗莎以黑巧克力酱,包着一粒黑巧克力珍珠米(期后推出新配方为以杏仁在中心),外层洒上黑巧克力。 折纹纸盘采黑巧克力色来区分。
Raffaello 雪莎
雪莎(Raffaello),由意大利糖厂费列罗公司所生产的一项椰子甜点产品,另一名称为拉斐尔巧克力。雪莎与金莎的制作模式相似,但配料不同。巧克力内含有原粒杏仁,巧克力表面由大量椰丝包裹,所以外观类似糯米糍。

Kinder 健达
健达巧克力是以儿童为主要销售对象的厂商,在1967年,由位于法兰克福的费列罗德国部Ferrero Germany专为德国市场创制生产,并开始销售的,一年后也进入了意大利市场。
瑞士莲
瑞士莲(Lindt & Sprüngli)是一家瑞士巧克力与糖果公司,于1845年由David Sprüngli-Schwarz(大卫·史宾利-史瓦兹)与其子Rudolf Sprüngli-Ammann(鲁道夫·史宾利-阿曼)创立。其知名产品为Lindor巧克力球及Excellence巧克力片。


吉利莲
吉利莲(Guylian)是比利时著名的巧克力品牌,有“巧克力王国中的至尊”之称,是海洋贝壳巧克力的始祖,现主要有 “贝壳“(金贝壳)、”雪球”、“精典”、“宝石”、“情人”及“世界之粹”7大系列。它是比利时王室曾授予金质奖章的巧克力品牌。2008年被韩国乐天糖果厂收购。

纽豪斯
纽豪斯是一间专门制造高级巧克力的公司,由定居比利时的瑞士人让·纽豪斯于1857年成立。以松露巧克力和铁盒蓝精灵闻名于世。

Kinder Bueno is a duo set of chocolate wafer bars containing a hazelnut cream filling and was released in the United Kingdom in 1999. These were marketed as the 'first Kinder chocolate for adults', and have gained the Kinder brand greater recognition in the UK.

Kinder Surprise is a hollow milk chocolate egg shell containing a toy. The outside surface of the egg is milk chocolate, and the inside is a milky interior. A capsule containing a toy is inside the chocolate egg.

Kinder Joy is similar in shape to the Kinder Surprise, it has a plastic egg-shaped packaging that is internally divided into two halves. One half contains two soft creamy chocolate layers, one milk-chocolate flavoured, one white-chocolate flavoured, which are eaten with an included spoon. Embedded in the ganache are two round, chocolate-covered wafers, which are filled with the same hazelnut cream found in Kinder Bueno. The other half contains a small toy.

Happy Hippos are a wafer coated hippo-shaped biscuit, filled with both a white filling and a hazelnut filling. Happy Hippos are also available in Chocolate flavor.
Kinder Chocolate is a fine milk chocolate with a milky filling, ranging from 4 to 40 bars. -
Kinder Delice is a chocolate cake with a layer of milk inside and a milk chocolate covering. The Kinder Delice brand has a commemorative variety which features "ovos moles" (portuguese, for "soft eggs") which is specific to the city of Aveiro, Portugal.

Kinder Pingui is similar to Kinder Delice with the exception of a complete chocolate covering and more milky filling inside.

Milky Bites are small milk chocolate eggs, with a hazelnut and white chocolate filling and are also known as 'Schoko-Bons'.
